Aight so I know that im a little late on this one but so what. So just got home from watching Notorious last night and i was impressed. Now heres Lil Cease's letter to B.I.G. This was someone who was a lot closer to BIG (no disrespect to Jada) but you can hear Cease talk about things that affected them both personally.
